Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump’s, rallies have not been pleasant nor peaceful lately. The rallies have been resulting in violence due to Trump’s supporters fighting protestors. Trump has actually encouraged his supporters to lash out at his protestors at one of his events last month. He stated, “If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you. Seriously, OK? Just knock the hell — I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees." Kirk Franklin, who is becoming known to question his Christian counterparts when it comes to supporting Trump, recently tweeted, "I hope all my evangelical friends who are considering Trump also remember one of fruits of the spirit is kindness ... where's the apples?" In a recent press release from Trump’s campaign, Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on.
